We do not currently collect information through any other means on our website (e.g., no account creation, no e-commerce, no job application portal).
Cookies and Similar Tracking Technologies
Our website uses cookies placed by two third-party service providers:
- HubSpot — our customer relationship management (CRM) platform, used to manage contact and lead information and, where consented to, to understand how visitors found our site.
- Google Analytics — used to understand website traffic and visitor behaviour in aggregate.
These are non-essential cookies. In accordance with Quebec law, they are not activated until you provide your consent through the cookie banner presented on your first visit. You may accept, reject, or manage your preferences at any time, and you may withdraw consent for future visits by adjusting your cookie preferences.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use the personal information we collect for the following purposes:
- To respond to inquiries submitted through our contact forms (transactional communication).
- To manage our ongoing business relationship with municipalities, commercial fleets, dealers, and other partners.
- Where you have provided separate, explicit consent: to send you marketing communications about Gamotech products and services. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us at info@gamotech.ca or using the unsubscribe option in any marketing email.
We do not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects on individuals.
5. Disclosure of Personal Information
We share personal information with the following third party, acting as our service provider:
| Service Provider | Purpose | Role |
